What are the steps of the recruiting and interview process?

First, apply online and we will keep you informed as your application moves through the review process. Qualified applicants will be invited to participate in the interview process, which may include phone interviews, Skype meetings, in-person interviews, and testing.

How do I find out the status of my application?

Although we try to respond to every applicant, due to the volume of applications we receive, we are not able to respond to individual requests regarding statuses. Our goal is to fill positions as quickly as possible with the candidates who best suite our immediate needs. We keep all resumes on file for future openings.

What do I wear to an interview?

While our day-to-day environment is business casual, we highly recommend more professional attire for the interview process.

I'm currently a student. How do I receive help with a school project?

If you’re a student interested in a potential career at Airfoil, send an email to the HR Department to set up a job shadow. Limited spots are available per quarter. If you need assistance on a class project, please send a request to the HR department. We need at least two weeks’ notice to help with any project.

Does Airfoil have an internship program?
